Throughout the project, We prioritised methods that respected the age and style of the building, avoiding unnecessary replacements and maintaining as much of the original fabric as possible.

Challenges, Solutions & Outcome
Working on a heritage property posed several challenges, primarily the need to balance preservation with the client’s desire for a refreshed interior. The original plasterwork and mouldings were delicate and required expert restoration rather than replacement.

Our team meticulously repaired the existing plaster and mouldings, ensuring any damaged areas were carefully restored using materials and techniques compatible with the original construction. This avoided the costly and invasive process of full replacement.

Additionally, the project was managed efficiently and completed within a 3 to 4-week timeframe, minimising disruption and allowing the client to quickly enjoy their renewed space.
